The Addax and Oryx Foundation granted funding for three new projects at its March and June Board meetings.

Sabre Education will receive funding to improve the quality of kindergarten education in the Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese District, central region of Ghana, by implementing a condensed in-service teacher training program in all the government kindergartens in the district.

Water Underground will receive funding for a project aiming to improve the health and livelihoods of four underprivileged communities in the rural Massinga District, Mozambique, thanks to access to clean drinking water, improved sanitation facilities and improved nutrition.

The Hilde Back Education Fund (HBEF) will receive funding to provide 50 bright and underprivileged children in Kenya with sponsorship to attend the four years of secondary school education. The children will also receive leadership training and psychosocial support.
